Create a new e-mail account on CPanel

NOTE: You need to have a Hosting Plan in order to create e-mail accounts.

 

Creating a new e-mail account on the server:

Step1:- Log into your Control Panel - http://cpanel.webzi.co.za

Step2: - Under the "Mail" section, click on "E-mail Accounts".

Step3: - Enter the new e-mail address and password then click "Create Account".

 

MS Outlook Setup

Set up email in Outlook 2010 (POP)

  1. Open MS Outlook 2010
  2. Select File > Click on Add Account
  3. On the "Auto Account Setup" page select "Manually configure server settings or additional server types"
  4. On the "Choose E-mail Service" page select "Internet E-mail" and click "Next"
  5. On the Internet E-mail Settings (POP3) window, enter your information as below, replacing Your Name with your actual name and yourdomain.co.za with your actual domain name, then click "More Settings"
  6. After clicking on "More Settings", select the "Outgoing Server" tab and select "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication."
  7. Select the "Advanced" tab and change the "Outgoing server (SMTP)" port to 587 and click on "OK"
  8. You will now be back at the "Internet E-mail Settings" screen, just click "Next"
  9. If you entered all the information correctly you will see the test login dialog box below
  10. Click "Next" to finish your configuration

  1. Open MS Outlook 2010
  2. Select File > Click on Add Account
